I saw the sunrise this morning (which only happens this time of year because usually I'm still asleep), and it was gorgeous. I remember as a teenager how my step-dad used to yell up to my room in the mornings "Goodmorning Sunshine" and I would usually mumble some profanity or retort under my breath. I imagine Jess would do the same thing; we'll tell you if it's a good morning or not and if you flash us that cheap smile too early, we'll growl at you and ask for more coffee.
Jess sets her own rules, her own schedule, her won way (which is usually some mix of attitude and grace). Jess will tell you when and if it's a good morning or an as-good-as-intended meal or if your compliment was too off the wall.
Jess, don't hold that same profanity or retort under your breath. Yell about it! It's your F------ day, it's your F------ body. You rule it! You own it! You tell this cancer who's boss! Grrrrr!
